Contiguous United States: Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO: We quote shipping for each order and confirm it with you before we charge your card or ship the books.

International: We quote shipping for each order and confirm it with you before we charge your card or ship the books.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent after shipment.

Payment

Your card is preauthorized when you place your order and charged when the order ships. Your full card number is never stored on our servers — see our Privacy page. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Returns

Returns must be in good condition with your invoice or packing slip within 4 weeks for a full refund. Authorized returns receive an RMA code and a return shipping address. No packages are accepted and/or processed without a prior-issued RMA — please contact customer service for return authorization before shipping anything back. No returns are accepted at our Cambridge, MA address. Shipping costs are not refundable.
